This room can be used as a single or double occupancy (single £260, couple £320 per week, including all costs).

It is accessible to all local buses and is located in Zone 1 between Edgware Road, Marylebone, and Paddington tube stations.

The room is furnished with a double bed, a wardrobe, a desk and a bedside draw and all bills -gas, electricity, water, Council tax, wi-fi and tv license are included in the rental.

The flat has 4 bedrooms, a common spacious kitchen, one bathroom with a shower and a toilet, one separate toilet.

It's a nice residential area near local shops, supermarkets, and banks, and the Oxford Street shopping centre is a 15-minute bus ride away.

I would prefer a non-smoker, and is not too loud.
