Zone 1/ Central (Regents Park) sublet for a female

This room is in the central London NW8 zone 1 great location in St Johns Wood. It's available for 10 days from the 1st of February till 10th of of February. It can be extended for some couple of days if needed. As a note, the room is for a female roommate.

The room is 7 minutes walk away from St John's Wood station, 5 minutes walk to Regent's Park and 5 minutes walk to the various bus stations. There are multiple stores/ markets/cafes in 5-minute walk distance. It's a calm, cozy and safe area.

Bills included weekly stay is £275.

You would share the flat with other two ladies who are very warm, welcoming, respectful and quiet. They have their each room. There is no shared living room.

There is a desk and chair in the room if you would like to work from home. The internet works well too.

The kitchen will be available for you to use and there will be cooking equipment. There is a washing machine in the flat.

There is a shared garden that you can use to sit outside and hang out.

You will have lots of space in the wardrobe, drawers and under the bed drawers.

We are expecting a friendly, kind person who would respect other tenants and pay attention to the furniture in the room/kitchen.

The deposit is £150 to be transferred to secure the room and to take back after the end of rental period. I will kindly ask to see your ID when we meet, and I will do the same.
