Hello! I am looking for somebody to move in to a double room in this 2-bedroom flat in Swiss Cottage, as my current flatmate is moving out when the lease ends. The flat is two storeys with a good-sized kitchen and a living room with a small balcony downstairs, and the bathroom, toilet and two bedrooms upstairs. The flat is furnished and the bedroom is a fairly large double with built-in wardrobe and a desk.

Location
The flat is a 5 minute walk from Swiss Cottage (Jubilee) and South Hampstead (Overground) and 10-15 minutes from Finchley Road (Jubilee, Metropolitan). There are plenty of shops nearby including small Tesco less than 5 mins away and big Sainsbury's/Aldi/Waitrose near Finchley Road. It is also 5 mins from an Odeon cinema, Better leisure centre and walking distance to Hampstead Heath and Regents Park.

Hi, I'm Katie! I've lived here for a year and my current flatmate lived here for two years before that as well. I'm friendly and social and very happy to hang out with a housemate, but would also be fine with someone who prefers their own space. I tend to work from home around 2 days a week.
