3 bedroom flat with a brand new shared bathroom, somewhat new kitchen, in a great location.

Two housemates are already in the flat and you will bring the total to three. Currently there is an American guy (33) and an English guy (27).

Please note that we are two working professionals and that this is a home NOT a party house but rather a quiet home : ) Please, no longterm guests, or partners who are staying here overnight 3-6 days a week. We would like to avoid a 4th fourth housemate situation (been there already!)....

Other than that George and myself are very quiet at home and easy going. We each have our own lives but are often hanging out on weekends exploring Londons many pubs and going for Sunday Roasts (beer drinkers welcome!)
