Cosy Single Room

Small Cosy single bed room between Edgware Road and little Venice.
The room is a cosy bedsit in a very convient location, only 15-20mins walk from Marble Arch/HydePark and 5mins from little Venice.
The house is located next to shops and Church Street Market.
The room comes furnished with a bed, desk/chair, wardrobe and chest of drawers.
There is an ensuite shower room with toilet.
The kitchen is spacious and surprisingly easy to cook and as many flatmates do not use daily.
There’s also a washer and dryer. There’s individual cupboard space and fridges for all the tenants.
The household itself is very quiet as everyone has different routines but are very friendly and clean. We have a WhatsApp group, and any issues people help with parcels/forgotten keys etc…
It’s a mixed international group of half women half men.
There’s a cleaner that comes once a week for the communal areas.
All bills, heating included, and good WIFI speed. Landlord is very nice and communicative.
I am moving out to live with my boyfriend, therefore I can move out between the 23rd and 10th January. I can be flexible with the date with some notice.
