Looking for a Flatmate – St John’s Wood

I’m looking for a professional flatmate to share a spacious and comfortable apartment in St John’s Wood.

Bedrooms: Both rooms have en-suites.

Furnishing: The flat is unfurnished, but you can purchase bedroom furniture from the departing tenant at a very reasonable price. Living room is unfurnished.

Location: Excellent transport links – Maida Vale and St John’s Wood tube stations are both around a 10-minute walk. Two Tesco stores are also nearby.

Building: First-floor apartment with elevator access.

My current flatmate is moving out at the end of October when the lease ends, and I’d like to extend the tenancy with a new flatmate.

About me: I’m clean, tidy, and respectful of personal space, and I’d appreciate the same in a flatmate.
