I am looking for a considerate and friendly flatmate to rent the other room in a ground-floor flat located near Edgware Road, Maida Vale, Little Venice and Warwick Avenue. The room is furnished with a double bed, desk and chair, and a wardrobe, and gets plenty of natural light.

The flat has a fully equipped kitchen that includes dishwasher and plenty of storage space, a comfortable living room, and a modern bathroom, all shared with just one other person (me!).

The location is hard to beat - a short walk to Edgware Road, Warwick Avenue and Maida Vale tube stations (Bakerloo and Hammersmith and city line), with the canals of Little Venice, lovely cafés, and local shops right on the doorstep. Paddington and Marylebone are just minutes away.

Rent is £950 per month and includes the water bill, with a deposit of £1000. The room is available from 19/08/26, ideally for a minimum stay of 6 months.

A little about me: I am a professional in my 30s, tidy, respectful of shared spaces, and easy-going. I'd love to find someone similar - someone who's friendly and occasionally shares a glass of wine but also values their own space.
