The bright, modern penthouse has an open-plan kitchen and living room, plus a private balcony overlooking greenery. There’s also a shared communal garden in the building, and a park just a few minutes’ walk away.

The tube station is only a few minutes away, with Bond Street around 25 minutes by Jubilee line. Morrisons is nearby, with Aldi, Tesco, a post office, Costa and a gym also within reach.

The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven/grill, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, toaster, waffle maker, blender, rice cooker, crockery, cutlery and plenty of storage.

**👋 About me**

I’m a Finance professional working from home half the week, with a separate study. I also share the flat with a small, friendly dog who is always ready for a cuddle. 🐶

**🌸 Who I’m looking for**

I’m looking for a female lodger for single occupancy (as I’m female too), ideally a professional, who is clean, tidy, a non-smoker and enjoys a peaceful, friendly home.

My previous flatmates stayed for two years each, and I’d love to find someone who feels just as comfortable here.
