Hi we have a double room front room in quiet area . Available from June to September short term . You will have a downstairs shower and toilet for yourself may be used by family for toilet use only it will be your shower and toilet. Double room large with huge storage space and desk. Has large double king size bed! Led lighting Wi-Fi internet and amenities available use of dryer and washer once a week. Kitchen is shared with family who lives here with kids . Kids are over 10 yrs old to 18. Muslim family but want a clean tenant to keep shower toilet clean and there room. Prefer single student or professional worker. Easy to get along and keeps to themself no problem. We have a drive and garage area. Tax band is Brent
