Hi! I’m looking for a friendly and considerate flatmate to rent a spacious furnished double room in my brand-new 2-bed, 2-bath flat in a modern development in Hendon.

About the Room & Flat:
Spacious double room – fully furnished
There’s sufficient space in the room for a desk or you can use the desk in a separate work from home space in the flat
Private bathroom – no sharing!
Modern open-plan kitchen & living area – stylish and comfortable (I’m still in process of buying furniture for the place, so it will have more stuff like sofa etc. in the next few weeks)
New development – clean, secure, and well-maintained
The room and the flat gets a lot of natural sunlight during the day
The flat is very well insulated, so it keeps it warm during cold weather.

Location:
- Co-op and Starbucks within the development so your groceries and coffee needs are sorted
- Big Sainsbury’s and Argos are like 7 minutes walk, if you need more options for groceries and other things :)
- Anytime Fitness gym less than 3 minutes away
- 35 minutes to the famous Hampstead Heath Park (really convenient during nice weather)
- The huge Brent Cross Shopping Centre is quick 15 minutes walk or 10-12 minutes bus ride from the flat, taking care of all your shopping needs
- Close to local amenities, shops, restaurants and green spaces

Transport:
- 5-minutes walk to Hendon Thameslink Station – easy access to Central London
- 3-minutes walk to multiple bus stops with buses going towards different parts of London.
- Short walk to Hendon Central (Northern Line) – great for commuting

An underground parking is also available.

Bills and council tax are not included and will be split amongst the flatmates equally.

About the flatmate:
As for myself, I am a software engineer and originally from India. I have been in London for around 2.5 years. I’d say I’m a laid back guy who takes pride in the place he lives in, so likes to keep it well maintained and clean. I am quite friendly and looking for a friendly flatmate to make it a home, rather than just a flat :)

I am a vegetarian and would love to live with another vegetarian or vegan person, but that is not a deal breaker.

Looking for a professional or mature student who is clean, respectful, and easygoing and is open to being friends and having meals or doing stuff together.
