Hi! I’m looking for a friendly and considerate flatmate to rent a spacious furnished double room in my brand-new 2-bed, 2-bath flat in a modern development in Hendon.

About the Room & Flat:
Spacious double room – fully furnished (images were taken before I moved in. I am currently in process of buying new furniture for the flat and an ottoman bed and fitted wardrobes for this room, so it will be furnished by the time you move in :)
There’s sufficient space in the room for a desk or you can use the desk in a separate work from home space in the flat
Private bathroom – no sharing!
Modern open-plan kitchen & living area – stylish and comfortable
Newly built development – clean, secure, and well-maintained
The room and the flat gets a lot of natural sunlight during the day
The flat is very well insulated, so it keeps it warm during cold weather.

Location:
- Co-op and Starbucks within the development so your groceries and coffee needs are sorted
- Big Sainsbury’s and Argos are like 7 minutes walk, if you need more options for groceries and other things :)
- Anytime Fitness gym less than 5 minutes away
- The huge Brent Cross Shopping Centre is around 22 minutes walk or 10-12 minutes bus ride from the flat, taking care of all your shopping needs
- Close to local amenities, shops, restaurants and green spaces

Transport:
- 5-minutes walk to Hendon Thameslink Station – easy access to Central London
- 18ish-minutes walk to Hendon Central (Northern Line) – great for commuting

An underground parking is also available for an additional rent.

Bills and council tax are not included and will be split amongst the flatmates equally.

Flexible with move-in date and rent is negotiable :)
