I have a cat, she’s very friendly and easy.

I moved in myself 6 months ago but my flatmate wants to move to the countryside so I need a new flatmate. I am looking for a female.

There will be an option to be added to the Tenancy agreement through the estate agents who manage the property.

I like to keep the flat clean and tidy, sharing a cleaner is also an option.

I am mindful about noise so not to disturb the neighbours, so I ask that people are aware how loud they play their music or TV. So it’s all about sociable living.

The picture of the available room is from when I moved in, at the moment I’m waiting to post another when it’s tidy ;) there’s a double bed, side table, big mirror and a walk in wardrobe, some shelving and chest of draws. Things can be added or taken out to suit your needs. There’s a door to the outside and windows.
