I’m looking for a reliable, respectful professional to join me in my lovely Zone 1 apartment. You’ll have your own furnished double bedroom with direct access to a spacious private balcony – perfect for relaxing or enjoying a coffee in the morning.

This home is calm, tidy, and well-maintained, and I’m hoping to find someone who values the same. If you're a mature, self-sufficient adult with a stable job and a balanced lifestyle, you’ll likely be a great fit.

It’s a 3 bed, 1 bath flat, but it’s just me living here at the moment.

There’s a large open-plan living area with a balcony, and bedroom 2 also has its own balcony—it’s huge, almost the same size as the room itself. That one overlooks the garden.

We’ve got secure bike storage, CCTV in the outdoor areas, and the neighbours are genuinely lovely. I’ve lived here for almost 10 years and work alongside the community to keep this a great place to live.

A bit about me: I run a wellbeing company that’s been going 15 years—it includes PT and life coaching, an online business, events, and a bit of consulting. I also work with a startup as a project coordinator and coach.

As I work for myself, my schedule’s a bit varied. I split my time between home, workspaces, training (gym & dance), and the occasional night out. Love to cook when I can, happy to chat or give space. I’m usually on a later schedule (roughly 8.30am–midnight), but it’s flexible.
