Hi! I am travelling for 3 weeks 21st Jan to 11th Feb, looking for a single or couple in need of a short term place to stay in an amazingly decorated apartment on Union Street, in the epicenter of Southbank's food & cultural district.

KEY INFO - please read carefully:

- Video in advert shows property & bedroom
- Room is available from evening of Tuesday 20th Jan to morning of Wednesday 11th Feb
- All enquiries within this timeframe will be considered, minimum of a 2 week stay
- Price is £275/week for a single person or £350/week for a couple, INCLUDING all bills, wifi and council tax
- Standard household goods provided including towels, linen, soap, toilet paper, cooking oil, salt etc.
- Apartment has one other housemate: 26 year old French/Chinese national (also speaks English). Both bedroom doors can be locked individually. Bathroom is shared
- Virtual or in-person viewings can be arranged any time after Sunday 11th Jan
