Carlos (30) — Consulting Senior Associate, half English / half Filipino, and international school baby. Big Arsenal and motorsport/F1 fan; regularly drives races across the UK and Europe and hosts race or match viewings when home. Loves travel, theatre, cinema, brunches and dinner parties.

Max (26) — German legend who works in Private Equity. He is never here. Literally you may see him between midnight and 2am if you're still awake lol.

Weekends are a mix of travel, activities, and cosy Sunday evenings winding down at home.

Bills: c.£150/200 per month, all-in (council tax, electricity, water, Sky, and ultrafast fibre optic broadband) fluctuates over the year, summer is less, winter is more.
