The home is a beautiful spacious 3-bedroom apartment, with a very large shared living space and kitchen with a balcony, in an incredibly central location - close to Borough station, E&C, London Bridge, and Bermondsey, with excellent bus links practically on the doorstep!

The available room is large, with a king-size bed, huge wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside tables with drawers, and desk.

All bills are included in the advertised rent. This also includes a TV license and council tax.
We rotate buying shared cleaning/washing supplies.

About us (both F):
32 years old, working between home and in the office as a major gifts fundraiser.
34 years old, working mostly in the office as a scientist.

We really enjoy theatre and go together every so often, and are almost always down for a boardgames/wine & cheese evening.

We like to have people over to the flat from time to time, and would be so happy for you to do so as well, though obviously always respectful of noise, especially during the week.

Over the last few years, we've made this apartment our home, and we would love someone who wants to do the same - we're happy for you to bring personal touches to add to the flat and would appreciate someone who will help keep the space clean and tidy :)
