Looking for a flatmate to share a spacious two-bedroom, one-bathroom flat (c. 80 sqm) near Elephant & Castle

Your room is a double with plenty of storage. It faces away from the main road, so it’s genuinely quiet.

The flat has a large living room. The highlight of the place is the private garden, perfect for morning coffee, summer dinners, or a BBQ with friends.

Location is great:
* 7 min walk to Elephant & Castle (Northern & Bakerloo lines, Thameslink)
* Under 15 min walk to Waterloo
* Under 15 min by bike to the City
* Big Sainsbury’s nearby, with more opening in the area soon (M&S, a cinema)
* Tennis courts and a leisure centre close by

Rent: £1,500 per month, plus c. £200/month for all bills (energy, water, broadband, council tax, cleaner).

The place is available from 22nd of November.

About me

I’m a 31-year-old French guy who’s been in London for six years, working in the City in asset management (sustainability research).

I’ve lived with great flatmates and would love to find that again. Ideally you’re easy-going, up for the odd dinner, activity together, and happy to have friends over now and then (but this isn’t a party house).

Outside work, I’m training for an Ironman in 2027, so a lot of running and cycling at the moment. I also like cooking (especially dishes from the South of France), travelling and reading.
