The location is exceptionally central, with South Bank cafés, bars, restaurants and theatres nearby. Shops and groceries are minutes away.

Waterloo Underground and mainline stations are around 3-5 minutes’ walk away, with Westminster station about 9 minutes away.

King’s College London, LSE and St Thomas’ Hospital are within walking distance. Leicester Square and Covent Garden are around a 20–25-minute walk away, or about 10 minutes by Tube, making much of central London easy to reach on foot or by public transport. Easy commute to the City (12 minutes) and Canary Wharf (20 minutes).

You’ll share the flat with one friendly, considerate and quiet female student in her early twenties.
