• Private bathroom for you (the flat has two)
• Flat is unfurnished, but I'm leaving my furniture in the room for you to use
• The other tenant has a balcony, which isn't shared with this room
Location
• Bus stop 3 minutes' walk away
• Almost every bus goes to Elephant & Castle (about 6 minutes), where you'll find the nearest tube
• Central living
Costs
Bills are roughly £200-250 per person per month, depending on usage
Total bills for two:
Council tax- 175
WiFi - 38
Water - 38 to 60 depending on usage per person
Electricity - 150 to 250 depending on usage.
