Viewings are available any day except Wednesday daytime, can do evenings though.

It’s a 4 Bedroom house, back garden, 1 shared full bathroom with shower/bath and a Single toilet on ground floor. Good sized kitchen, washing machine, tumble dryer, all the standard kitchen fully equipped kitchen and 2x fridge freezers. Living room won’t be turned into a bedroom at any point!!!

All bills are included, gas, electric, water, cleaning supplies, the council tax is band F and virgin media broadband is included. There are no extra costs or bills.

About You
The usual – Clean, tidy and friendly, does dishes the same night! Another quiet and independent person would suit the house, the three of us are very chilled out, this is in no way a party house. We are happy to have a chat with each other but all appreciate our own space. Me and Juliet work full time from home.

We are located between elephant & castle and Lambeth North on a quiet street. Bakerloo and northern line are 3 minutes away. London Bridge, Waterloo and Borough station are all 20 minutes away.
