I’m renting out my cosy and modern 1-bed flat in Zone 1 from mid-December until March 2026, with the option to extend to April. This is my personal home, so there’s no subletting hassle or hidden landlord issues. To keep things simple and tax-friendly, we’ll set up a lodger agreement, but I’ll be abroad, so you’ll have the place entirely to yourself. All monthly bills are included in £200 plus a lovely cleaning lady to make life easier.

The furniture is designer furniture and you have beautiful art covering the walls. Instead of TV there’s a projector with Netflix and all the usual apps. The soundproofing is excellent, making it a peaceful retreat right in the city. EPC rating B, so you'll be warm! There’s also secure bike storage on the same floor that you'd be welcome to use.

Location-wise, it’s hard to beat. You can walk to Thames (5 mins), Big Ben/Westminster (9 mins), Lambeth North (7min), Waterloo & Southbank (10 mins), and Soho (25 mins). Whether you're commuting, meeting friends, or working from home, this flat offers the perfect balance of convenience and comfort.

I’m looking for a single professional who will treat the flat as their own. Unfortunately, I am unable to accommodate students or pets.
Rent £2,600 + all fixed monthly bills £200.
1 month’s rent in advance
+ 1 month’s deposit
