I’m renting out my cosy and modern 1-bed flat in Zone 1 from 4 Jan - 27 Jan 2027. This is my personal home, so there’s no subletting hassle or hidden landlord issues. To keep things simple and tax-friendly, we’ll set up a lodger agreement, but I’ll be abroad, so you’ll have the place entirely to yourself. All monthly bills are included in £200.

Also there a big maple tree in front of the big windows that provides cover from the direct sun - so the flat never gets too hot in summer and keeps warm well in winter as it’s energy rating B. There’s also secure bike storage on the same floor that you'd be welcome to use and a roof terrace with views to the city, Houses of Parliament and London Eye.

Location-wise, it’s hard to beat. You can walk to Thames (5 mins), Big Ben/Westminster (9 mins), Lambeth North (7min), Waterloo & Southbank (10 mins), and Soho (25 mins). Whether you're commuting, meeting friends, or working from home, this flat offers the perfect balance of convenience and comfort.

Rent £2,600 + all fixed monthly bills £200 (monthly rate/ calculated for the duration of the stay).
