I’m renting out my cosy and modern 1-bed flat in Zone 1 from mid-December until March 2026, with the option to extend to April. This is my personal home, so there’s no subletting hassle or hidden landlord issues. All monthly bills are included in £200 plus a lovely cleaning lady to make life easier.

Location-wise, it’s hard to beat. You can walk to Thames (5 mins), Big Ben/Westminster (9 mins), Lambeth North (7min), Waterloo & Southbank (10 mins), and Soho (25 mins). Whether you're commuting, meeting friends, or working from home, this flat offers the perfect balance of convenience and comfort.
