I’m renting out my cosy and modern 1-bed flat in Zone 1 until mid-March 2026, with the option to extend to April/May. This is my personal home, so there’s no subletting hassle or hidden landlord issues. Location-wise, it’s hard to beat. You can walk to Thames (5 mins), Big Ben/Westminster (9 mins), Lambeth North (7min), Waterloo & Southbank (10 mins), and Soho (25 mins). Whether you're commuting, meeting friends, or working from home, this flat offers the perfect balance of convenience and comfort.
