I’m renting out my cosy and modern 1-bed flat in Zone 1 until mid-March 2026, with the option to extend to April/May. This is my personal home, so there’s no subletting hassle or hidden landlord issues. To keep things simple and tax-friendly, we’ll set up a lodger agreement, but I’ll be abroad, so you’ll have the place entirely to yourself. All monthly bills are included in £200.

Whether you're commuting, meeting friends, or working from home, this flat offers the perfect balance of convenience and comfort.
