To keep things simple and tax-friendly, we’ll set up a lodger agreement, but I’ll be abroad, so you’ll have the place entirely to yourself. All bills are included, plus a lovely biweekly cleaning lady to make life easier.

I’m looking for a single professional who will treat the flat as their own. Unfortunately, I am unable to accommodate students or pets.
