We’re offering a comfortable, furnished single room in our cosy 2-bedroom flat, ideal for someone looking for an affordable and well-connected place to call home. The room comes with a single bed, wardrobe and drawer storage, providing a practical and comfortable private space.

The building is small and secure, with only three flats in total, giving it a more homely feel than a large apartment block. There are just six easy steps to the entrance.

You’ll have your own private bedroom, along with access to the shared bathroom. The kitchen is shared, and we prefer minimal kitchen use.

We also have a friendly cat living in the flat, so it’s best if you’re comfortable around pets.

The flat is just a 5-minute walk from both Grove Park and Lee train stations, with direct trains to London Bridge in around 15 minutes. There’s also a bus stop right outside the building for added convenience.

The area is peaceful and well connected, with a Co-op, post office, several vets, takeaways, a beautiful park, GP surgery, a large Sainsbury’s and other local amenities all within walking distance.
