IN THE HOUSE - In our late 20s
*one cool guy (Indian man)
*one cool British guy
*one cool girl Lithuanian

We are always busy and you won't hear us much, the house is very quiet. The three other tenants have their shared bathroom and their rooms upstairs. They only come downstairs to use the kitchen.

THE ROOM Fully Furnished:
-Every furniture in the room is new except the wardrobe.
-1 Big spacious lifting desk (160*80cm) for you to work on
-1 Queen size bed
-1 Sofa Bed (can fit 3 people)
-1 Arm chair
-TV 32 inch
-Small fridge
-You will be alone on the ground floor as the 3 other rooms are upstairs.

BATHROOM
Ensuite - will only be used by you!
The bathroom is downstairs

KITCHEN
Is big, spacious and very clean
We like to cook but we make sure it is clean straight after cooking. !!! Clean after cooking any space you use, whether it is the stove, the space where you cut your veggies, or any other space, WITH NO EXCEPTION UNLESS YOU ARE HAVING A HEART ATTACK. It's respectful for one another.

GARDEN
We have a beautiful garden and we started working on it to make it look cozy.

CLEAN HOUSE
The house is super clean, we don't have anyone cleaning the house, we do it ourselves.
The kitchen is our heaven, and it is always clean, after each cooking.
We would like someone who fits the vibe

PROFESSIONALS
We wake up early to go to work during the week and we would like someone who is not too loud during the week and who would respect the other tenants.
You can put music or invite friends of course but we prefer the house to be a bit quiet during the week.
During the weekend you can invite your friends, we have a garden !

The house is a council house but it is in very good shape. Everything works well in the house.
