Spacious double room to rent

Spacious flat with lots of natural light, gym and swimming pool included in the building. Huge surrounding balcony that opens into each room! Water bills paid by landlord so less energy costs. 4 mins walk to Deptford bridge but still surprisingly quiet and calm around the building.
You will be living with me ( a doctor ). My work schedule is busy but I like to make up in the off days with exploring London, going to theatre, hiking but equally love some quiet time at home. I’m friendly and social and would love to know you and perhaps make friends with you while we make this new flat our home. I equally respect privacy and our own quiet time.
