I’m looking to welcome a lodger to my new 2-bed flat. The flat is modern, clean, quiet, light and overlooks a beautiful green square.

The room comes with:
* comfortable brand new double bed and mattress
* open wardrobe
* chest of drawers
* desk and chair
* blackout curtains
* wall shelves (not on the photo)
* TV (not on the photo)

Main bathroom is yours to use.

We will share the kitchen, living room and a large terrace.

More storage is available:
* built-in wardrobe for coats and shoes in the hall
* lots of storage in the bathroom
* lots of kitchen storage for food and utensils
* secure bike storage

The flat is well-equipped:
* washing machine-dryer
* dishwasher
* oven, microwave
* fridge-freezer
* TV

Work from home set up (In addition to the desk and chair in your room)
* there is a desk and a monitor in the living room which I use when WFH
* you are welcome to use this when I’m in the office or away

Walking distance to stations:
* New Cross (5 mins) - overground and trains
* Deptford (10 mins) - trains
* New Cross Gate (12 mins) - overground
* Deptford Bridge (15 mins) - DLR

From these stations there are fast direct trains to stations like London Bridge (5 mins), Cannon street (11 mins), Farringdon (18 mins), Canary Wharf (13 mins), Whitechapel (14 mins) and beyond. The added bonus is being able to get the Uber boat to Greenwich Pier / Cutty Sark every now and then.

I’m looking for someone honest and able to communicate to make living together pleasant. I like to keep shared areas clean and expect the same of the lodger.

All bills and a cleaner every 2 weeks are included in the price.
