Spacious double room in Peckham til June

Hi all, I'm the current tenant in the smaller room in this property. My flatmate will be moving, so I'm looking to find a replacement! My landlady is selling up around June so it'd be until then.

It's a big flat, with a shared living space, separate kitchen (with washing machine and tabletop dishwasher), storage, dryer room, bathroom (including rainforest showerhead!) and a private garden. The room itself (pictured) is big and spacious.

The full rent on the property will be £1900pcm, and that'd be split £950 for your room and £950 for mine. Bills come out to about £150pcm - including electricity and gas, council tax, wifi, water and renters insurance.

We're a five minute walk away from Queens Road Peckham station, about a 15 minute walk from New Cross Gate station, 10 mins from an Aldi and Lidl as well as a ton of restaurants and bars - as well as direct bus routes to the City and Victoria/Paddington station.

I'm a 27 year old trans woman who works - I work from home 2 days a week. I generally do keep to myself but very happy to socialise and use the living room together to watch anime, films, you name it. The place is fully furnished (I've been living there three years) and you'd have a bed and some drawers in your room. We have a washing machine and a separate dryer, too!
