It’s a spacious 1-bedroom flat, ideal for one person or a couple looking for somewhere to stay for two months while finding a more permanent place.

The rent is £2000 per month, including bills. So £4000 for the two months stay. The flat has a separate bedroom, living room, kitchen and bathroom, so there’s plenty of space.

Deposit £800 - returned after the stay.

📍 It’s located in Nunhead, 5min walk Nunhead Station (15-17min trains to Elephant & Castle, Blackfriars & Victoria), close to Queens Road Peckham and Brockley Station (13-15min walk Overground), in a really quiet residential area. There’s also free parking available if needed.

About the flat:

The flat is fully furnished and comes with Wi-Fi, heaters, a spacious double bedroom with a double bed, a separate kitchen, a large living room, a bathroom, and a small entrance hallway. There are a few plants around the flat, so I’d really appreciate someone who would be happy to look after them during their stay.
