The bars and restaurants of Deptford are a short walk away, while Brockley offers a more leafy, relaxed neighbourhood feel. Peckham is a quick bus ride, and central London is easily reached by train, tube, bus, or Overground.

Parking not restricted on the street. Generally easy to find a space.

The Area and Transport

New Cross and Brockley are vibrant, creative parts of South East London, known for independent cafés, street art, and a strong arts scene. The area has a relaxed, local feel but is very well connected to central London.

We are close to New Cross Gate and Brockley stations (around 8–15 minutes walk), both on the London Overground and National Rail. London Bridge is around 6 minutes from New Cross stations, and the West End is typically about 30 minutes door to door. Canada Water (Jubilee line) is one stop away, and the Windrush line connects easily to Hoxton and Shoreditch.

Frequent buses (171, 172, 343 and night buses) run to central London, Peckham, and Shoreditch.

Overall, it’s a well connected, creative, and vibrant neighbourhood, and we love it.
