The glampavan is only for short term lets while we are preparing one of the bedrooms which will be available in March 2025, so this could suit you if you are looking for a short term stop gap or of course, if you want to consider moving into our refurbished bedroom in March 2025 for more a long term stay :)
COZY HOUSE SHARE SITUATED IN QUIET CUL-DE-SAC IN THE HEART OF PECKHAM VILLAGE.
PROPERTY INFORMATION
This house is a large beautiful well maintained property, with a very homely, cosy feel. The house is fully furnished, so it is a home from home waiting for you to just move in.....
The accommodation comprises 2 bathrooms with shower, large kitchen with breakfast bar, doors opening out on to the beautiful garden patio and a unique glampavan lounge for watching all your favourite movies or chilling with house mates.
The garden is a magical peaceful garden with fairy lights, water feature, garden furniture and outside heating, perfect for even the chilly nights
There is also a roof sun garden equipped with fairy lights, heating and a water fountain (ideal for a nice quiet glass of wine under the stars).
Double rooms are bright and spacious and have large windows overlooking the roof sun terrace or garden. Off street parking is also available.
FACILITIES
This house has all the mod cons and facilities you would expect such as gas hob, electric cooker, washing machine, microwave, fridge and freezer etc...
There is gas central heating with individual thermostats for each room.
AREA
All local amenities are within a 2-5 min walk including Peckham Plex Cinema (only £4.99 to watch the latest movies), Peckham gym (everyone active), spa, swimming pool, library, internet cafes, coffee shops including Costa Coffee, clothes shops including Primark, a post office, various banks and a selection of bars, pubs, restaurants (Honest Burger, Nandos and other quirky eateries), fast food restaurants including Burger King, Nandos, Gregs, Subway, McDonalds and many other local chinese, indian or kebab takeaways. We are directly opposite MountView Academy of Theatre Arts. We are only a 5 min walk from the renowned 'Bussey Building' (art exhibitions), Peckham Levels, The infamous 'Frank's Bar' and the quirky 'four quarters' where you can play all your old favourite arcade games while enjoying a nice glass of wine!
