I am looking to sublet my one bed, one bath flat near to Queen's Road Peckham Station. I have a new job which requires me to work and travel around Sussex and Kent so I am living down on the coast and selling the flat. My friends have been staying in it but are now moving into their forever home so I am a bit stuck as I can't afford two places at once! It may be available before 28 November so if that's an issue for you please reach out.
I do not have a buyer yet and even when I have one I would expect a sale to take between 6 and 9 months.
The flat will be furnished with kitchen and other amenities such as tv and microwave provided. It has a dishwasher and washing machine, bathtub, and an energy rating B. All bills are included in the price except for Council Tax.
I'm just looking for a dependable person or couple to take care of the place and help me manage costs whilst I try to sell it. If you can help me out with any viewings I am happy to negotiate a rent decrease.
