Need a furnished room in a really nice flat for during the week?
Sorry, weekends are not included.

This ad is a Monday to Friday ad and the price reflects that. It's great for people needing a room in London to be in the office but return to their base for the weekend.

The room
There is a generous and bright second double bedroom to rent for mid week rental. The room includes a desk and chair, storage space for your belonging, even over the weekend, of course. You can lock your belongings as well.

Lots of windows to the terrace.
The room is very quiet. No street noise, nobody living above.
The room is furnished and there is fibre broadband included.

The flat:
Double glazing throughout.
The flat is very quiet at day and night despite its central location as my street has no traffic.
Council tax band C. (all bills and taxes included).
Underfloor heating :-)
Shared bathroom

Transport:
Super close to King's College Hospital
London Bridge: about 10 minutes (from Peckham Rye)
Victoria: about 13–15 minutes (from Peckham Rye)
Blackfriars / City: about 15 minutes
Farringdon: about 20 minutes
St Pancras: about 25 minutes, direct on Thameslink
Overground to Canada Water or Whitechapel...for Canary Wharf and Heathrow.

What will it cost?
If you need the room
Two nights every week: 450 per month
Three nights per week: 560/month
Monday to Friday: 680
