For people looking for interim accomodation between 2 and 16 weeks

FLAT
The room has a fitted wardrobe, slim draws and a double bed. You have use of your own bathroom which has a walk-in shower.

The flat has been renovated in the last two years so everything is newish. There is an open plan kitching/lounge area with counter seating for three. There's no TV so you have to stream on your own devices to watch your shows!

FLATMATES
I live here most of the time, and my partner, Sam comes to stay 2-3 nights a week. We switch which home we stay in each weekend so there will be stretches where you have the place to yourself. I work at home 2-3 days a week, and Sam occasionally works from here on a Friday.

AREA
Queen's Road Peckham is a lovely area to live - it's a ten minute walk to Peckham Rye for the shops, bars and restuarnts. We have a cute coffee shop at the end of the road, along with Kudu (delicious restaurant), Peckham Cellars (great wine and bites), Beer Rebellion (beer and pizza) as well as Prince of Peckham (jerk chicken, comedy, sports, music-type pub) all on our doorstep. There's a very small park at the end of our road and then there Peckham Rye Park about 20mins walk away.

TRANSPORT
It's a 5 min walk to Queen's Road Peckham for national rail (8mins to London Bridge) and the overground (Clapham Jnc is 20 mins, Canada Water 5 mins, Whitechapel 10 mins, Shoreditch HIgh Street/Dalston 20+ mins)
It's a 10 min walk to Peckham Rye if you need services to Victoria or Denmark Hill.
You also have access to the 36, 436, 171, 177 and P12 on the doorstep or a bunch of other routes about 8 mins walk at Peckham Bus station if you are a bus person.
There is a private gated car park if you have a car. I have a dedicated space and there's visitor parking. You will need to a fob (£55 refundable deposit)
There is bike storage under a wooden awning at one side of the car park.

BILLS
The rent includes energy (electricity only), tv licence, broadband and water. If you stay beyond 8 weeks, council tax will be charged ontop of your weekly rent.
