This is a roomy 2-bedroom 1st floor flat in zone 2, with a spacious open plan lounge-kitchen and 1 bathroom.

It is in a residential and quiet area nestled between (and with easy access to):
- Bermondsey (if you’re into craft beers & breweries, the beginning of the Bermondsey Beer Mile is just 25min walk away and ends 10 minutes away from the flat);
- Canary Wharf is just across the river (great for eating out and general shopping);
- Peckham, one of the trendiest parts of London (great for food and drink, street art, record stores and farmers’ markets.);
- Elephant and Castle, I could go on forever about everything E&C offers...

There is no tube station nearby but the flat is still well connected:
- 10min walk to South Bermondsey rail station (zone 2) with trains that get you to London Bridge/Borough Market in just 4 minutes!!!
- on major bus routes: get to Waterloo in 30min, London’s West End in 35min (great for theatres, restaurants, shopping, clubs, pubs and bars)
- 15min walk to Surrey Quays overground station (with easy access to other zone 2 and 3 areas like Shoreditch, Hampstead, Clapham Junction). A new overground station 5 min away will also be coming in 2025,
- walking distance to Zone 1
