The flatmate Spyros is 30 years old and he live on the loft, has his own bathroom&living room ,The kitchen will shared with 2 persons. This property is a 2 min walk from the nearest Bus stop and Overground Queens road station . It takes you to London Bridge in 10 Mins. There is a Tesco just by the station, Sainsburys market opposite of the road, also many Caffe and bar and restaurant. Peckham Library is 10 min walk, also pool and gym. It is a safe location for everyone. The rooms is available for short/long term .from 30 June 2026. The price includes all the bills.(electricity, gas, internet, council tax, Thames water. No deposit as we already have paid for this, we just need to give a month notice in case you want to leave the house. it is suitable for couples & the price is 1200£/monthly. The contract is already done in 2 names, and the landlord don't want to add more persons. If you will need prof of address ,we can add you in one of the bills. Thank you
