🏡The room gets lots of light. It has a single bed, wardrobe, desk, chair, and a bedside table. Lots of storage space in the room. (Currently there’s a scaffolding outside the building, normally no obstructions to the view 😊)

🏡 In the flat, there’s a shared bathroom, kitchen, living room and a small balcony. It’s a very calm, clean and tidy flat ✨

📍5 mins walk to Queens Road Peckham and 10 mins walk to Nunhead stations. There are many bust stops around too.

📍 15 mins walk to Goldsmiths.

🛍️Tesco, Co-op, Sainsbury’s, Lidl, pharmacy, post office, cinema, lovely pubs, cafes, restaurants, yoga studios... in less than 10 mins walking distance. Peckham Rye Lane is also 10 mins away.
