7 mins walk to Queens road Peckham for Windrush Dalston-Clapham (25ish mins to shoreditch high street) & trains to London Bridge (15 mins)
5 mins walk to Nunhead station for services to Victoria (18ish mins) & Thameslink to Blackfriars (15 mins?) & Kings X. Early services to Luton.
Very late night trains run to New X Gate or Brockley- 15 mins walk from home.
Coffee shops & cafes, wine, pizza, pubs, food shopping all within 7 mins walk.
Buzzy rye lane & open spaces of Peckham Rye a few minutes further on foot or a quick bike ride!

Ideally you are looking for a summer sublet to move in sometime soon and stay through mid-end of Sept.

Looking for kind, respectful, tidy individuals. We have become lifelong friends with former housemates and would love to count you among them! We are a couple in late 30’s into looking at and making art, listening to and making music, reading, writing, cooking, gardening and friendship. And coffee! We enjoy slow mornings when possible, and cook at home most evenings. We are pescatarian and hopeful our housemate can respect this when preparing food in shared kitchen!

We work outside the home - Scott an artist, Alexis a cook. July will be busy, August we will be traveling a lot, September settling back into the swing of things.
