I am Natalie and I am looking for a lodger for a lovely room in a great house with huge garden in Nunhead. For £900 per month including bills.

The room is good sized double, and has a super comfy bed and is furnished with drawers and a clothes rail.

I am a musician and I teach piano from the house most days after school. I have a cat and a dog. Shared bathroom. You'd be sharing with me and one other, another woman, in her 30s, a professional.

The garden is HUGE and is like an oasis. It really is a very incredible spot .

I'm looking for someone who likes animals, and will share the cleaning and cleans up after themselves, and is looking for a peaceful place. It's very naturey here, set amongst trees.

Transport from Nunhead is great, loads of options. There is also the Windrush Line accessible from Brockley station nearby , or Peckham.

The rooms are available from 23rd October. I will post photos shortly.

I'm asking for 2 months money in advance, one month of which is deposit for damages, and one month fees in advance.
