Hello
My name is Natalie , I’m a piano teacher/musician, and I am looking for a lodger, for a double room in my home in Nunhead. £800 per month including bills. I’m a live in Landlord. I'm fairly quiet to live with . I like to just get on with my projects and admin. I'm usually in my room if I'm not out. I like the outdoors, running, strength training, walk my dog, like hiking, music, drop in on a lot of gigs.
The room is available right now. Shared bathroom. I have a very friendly cat and dog, so am looking for someone who likes animals. The house has a huge garden, so would suit a nature lover! I am looking for a professional, who hopefully doesn't work from home every week day. (Although a couple of days a week is fine).
It's a tidy and peaceful house , and we’d share the cleaning, and do our own meals (although I’m up for sharing sometimes if you want), and consumables like toilet paper and cleaning products are extra and costs split between us.
It's a lovely place with a great vibe and a cosy communal lounge, and the room is nice and the community is incredible. Transport links here are great.
