I am Natalie and I am looking for a lodger for a lovely room in a great house with huge garden in Nunhead. For £775 per month including bills. When you enter this room you will feel what a lovely vibe it is. It overlooks my back garden.

Ideally I would find someone who just wants it temporarily as my friend has made some signs they MAY be interested in it from mid November, but if you loved it and it was all working out , then it could work for longer term too.

I am a musician and I teach piano from the house most days after school. I have a cat and a dog. Shared bathroom.

The garden is HUGE and is like an oasis. It really is a very incredible spot .

You'd be sharing with me and one other woman, she's super cool. A nurse.

I'm looking for someone who likes animals, and will share the cleaning and cleans up after themselves, and is looking for a peaceful place. It's very naturey here, set amongst trees.

Transport from Nunhead is great, loads of options. There is also the Windrush Line accessible from Brockley station nearby , or Peckham.

I'm asking for 2 months money in advance, one month of which is deposit for damages, and one month fees in advance.
