Spacious Room for Rent in a Spacious House

I'm moving out at the end of September to leave the UK and the house is looking for someone to take over my room.
It's very spacious, and will come furnished with: a double bed, bedside table, two wardrobes, an armchair and a small chest of drawers. I may even be able to leave a couple items (rugs, a fan, a lamp) to the new tenant as well. The room is on the top (2nd) floor; it ventilates well in the summer and is well insulated in the winters.
The bathroom for this room is on the 1st floor and is shared with the 1st floor bedroom.
The rest of the house is also massive. We have a very large living room and conservatory on the first floor, a large kitchen & dining room on the ground floor and a fairly large garden with a cherry tree (good harvests) and rosemary bush.
The house is in a safe and quiet neighbourhood and is also inside a gated community. We are two minutes from Burgess Park, (walking) ~15 minutes from 2 Lidls, a big Aldi and big Tesco's, 15 - 25 minutes from Peckham Rye, Elephant & Castle and London Bridge.
The current house mates are three lovely individuals who are all working professionals. Everyone is very clean and chill; we all want to make the place feel like a home!
