- 9 mins to Nunhead station (trains to Victoria and Blackfriars)
- Short walk to Nunhead High Street
- There are plenty of parks nearby- Telegraph Hill with views over London, Nunhead Cemetery and Peckham Rye

The bedroom overlooks the garden and the house is on a quiet residential street. There is a fully equipped shared kitchen, living room with TV, utility with washing machine and tumble dryer, shared bathroom (separate bath and shower) and a downstairs WC. You would be sharing the house with just me (I use the third bedroom as my home office) so you’ll have lots of space!

The room would be ideal for a friendly and tidy person looking for a chilled and peaceful home. I love living in Nunhead and can give lots of recommendations if you’re new to the area!
