My roommates (a couple) are leaving their room in our very nice flat in front of Burgess Park - between Peckham and Elephant and Castle.
It is an amazing en-suite for yourself! But the highlight of the apartment is our amazing (private) balcony and view. It is a two floor apartment in the top of the building, bedrooms downstairs, shared kitchen, living room, dining room, and balcony upstairs. The apartment is quite spacious (125 sqm/1345sqf) with a large kitchen, as you can see in the pictures.
Most of bills are not included in the rent price (rent and water only). The price is for single occupancy (for couples, rent is a bit higher for the room). The additional bills are around 350 per month in total (council tax, energy, wifi). Overall the apartment is furnished, your en-suite is partially furnished (no mattress, but bed frame, very spacious built-in wardrobe are part of the room).
Our landlord is great and chilled, living in Switzerland. References are requested.
