0-5 minutes walk away
Description
📍 Location: Queens Road Peckham
The station is only a 3–4 minute walk from the flat (or a 1-minute bus ride if you’re running late 😅).
The area has a cool, hipster vibe, with plenty of character and everything you need nearby.
About the flat:
The building is modern, so it’s really warm in winter and stays relatively cool in summer, even during a heatwave.
The flat is spacious and spread over two floors:
* Ground floor: kitchen, toilet and storage room.
* First floor: two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room with a balcony, and another storage room.
Flatmate:
You’ll be sharing with a lovely, friendly woman who works as a lawyer and teaches yoga on the side. She’s hardly ever home because of her busy schedule, so the flat is often pretty much all yours.
🐾 Pets are more than welcome!
There’s also a large communal garden, perfect for parties, relaxing outdoors and spending time with your furry friends.
Overall, it’s a lovely, spacious flat in a cool neighbourhood, with great transport links and a friendly flatmate
