I enjoy having a home that feels welcoming and relaxed. I'm sociable and always happy to have a chat, share a drink, grab some food or watch something together, but I also completely appreciate having your own space and privacy.
I'm looking for someone who is clean, considerate, independent and easy to get along with — someone who wants a genuinely comfortable home rather than simply a place to stay.

One of the real advantages of the flat is its location.

South Bermondsey Station is around a 5-minute walk away, putting London Bridge just one stop away and making getting into central London exceptionally straightforward.
You’re also within easy walking distance of:

• Bermondsey Underground Station – approximately 10–15 minutes
• Surrey Quays Underground Station – approximately 10–15 minutes
• Numerous bus routes via Old Kent Road

The surrounding area also puts you within easy reach of Bermondsey, London Bridge and Canada Water, with their growing selection of restaurants, bars, cafés, shops and places to socialise.
It's a great balance — close enough to be in the heart of London quickly, while having a more relaxed residential base to come home to.

🏗️ Important – Current Building Works

I want to be completely transparent about one temporary consideration before arranging a viewing.
The building is currently undergoing extensive remediation works involving the replacement of the external cladding.
The works are currently taking place approximately 8am–4pm, and there can be construction noise and associated activity during these hours.
Because of this, the room would be much better suited to someone who works outside the home or is generally away during the daytime, rather than someone who needs a consistently quiet environment for working from home.
The works are temporary, but I feel it's important to be completely upfront about them so anyone considering the room knows exactly what to expect.
