Lovely double room within a period 3-storey Victorian house, shared living living room & breakfast garden! 1 min away from Camberwell Rd busses and 2 minutes away from Burgess Park.

Share with me, cat and 1 one other lodger. I'm an Artist, South Londoner in my 50's. Lodger is a professional creative, early 40's, works in fashion. All in all a creative household, looking for someone in full time work to share then space.

Big living/dining room with TV and DVD player; large well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher and large fridge; bathroom; washing machine and broadband.

Toilet and shower located on the same floor as the bedroom room - you and the other lodger have exclusive use. There’s also a separate bathroom and laundry room on the same floor.

Your room has wooden floorboards, a comfortable double bed, bedside drawers, chest of drawers, hanging space and desk. It’s a bright room with a large sash window and wooden venetian blind.

There’s a small, pretty back garden to relax & unwind.

It's an easy-going household, I am looking for a professional person who:
- is clean, tidy and considerate
- likes cats
- doesn’t work from home.

I'm a smoker, so if you want a non-smoking home this might not suit you.

All bills are included, but we take it in turns to buy cleaning materials, toilet paper etc, and we share responsibility for keeping communal areas clean.

The house is a short bus ride from Elephant & Castle (multiple bus routes close by – 12, 35, 40, 42, 45, 68 etc), or it’s a 15-minute walk to either E&C or Kennington Station.
