I have a double room available in my comfortable 2-bedroom Victorian house in leafy Plumstead Common, available from the beginning of January.
Nearest stations are Woolwich/Woolwich Arsenal, which are 15 minutes' walk or a short bus ride away. Thanks to the Elizabeth line, it's now a quick and easy commute into Canary Wharf, Liverpool Street or the West End.
The area is ideal for those who like walking in nature, as it is surrounded by parks, green open spaces and ancient woodland. There are 2 small supermarkets within walking distance of the house, with Woolwich town centre close by for bars, restaurants and a huge Tesco.
The bedroom is fully furnished with a double bed, chest of drawers and large double wardrobe. Bedding can be provided if needed. There is a small garden at the rear of the house. All bills, including fast fibre broadband, are included. Free unrestricted parking on the road outside.
I work away during the week, so you will have exclusive use of the house on week-days and share with me at the weekends. I am a quiet, easy-going mature female, happy to chat over a glass of wine but also appreciate my own space. This will suit a similar, independent person who is looking for a quiet, cosy home.
