The room available is a firsr floor furnished bedroom with a double bed, bedside table, lamp, chest of drawers, large wardrobe, separate landline telephone and Sky Q receiver.

The house has great transport links to the city - Woolwich Arsenal station is just 12-15 minutes walk away (or 5 min bus ride) with a direct overground service to London Bridge (from 22 mins), and it's only 6 minutes on the DLR to London City Airport and 28 mins to Bank station. The Elizabeth Line gives direct convenient access to Canary Wharf in 8 minutes, Liverpool Street 15 minutes and Tottenham Court Road in 21 minutes)

The house is also very convenient for Queen Elizabeth Hospital.

The rent includes all bills and these are all handled directly by me and I administer to everything: council tax, water, gas, electricity, TV licence, unlimited wifi, phone line, maintenance, emergency service contract with British Gas for all plumbing, electrics & boiler issues.

The Personal Sky Q in the room box receives freeview which can also be activated to receive all films and sports channels for just £20pcm extra. It also includes a personal cordless phone with free anytime landline and mobile calls (up to one hour) located in the room itself (there is 1 line for the whole house).

The other tenants in the property are friendly and respectful individuals.

There is a spacious communal kitchen with a table and chairs and a utility area with washing machine, tumble-dryer, 3 x fridge/freezers, new high spec oven and hob and plenty of cupboard space as well two microwaves.

There is a small conservatory lean-to area as well with seating and is a kind of communal space, especially in the spring / summer time. There is a rear secluded turfed garden area as well a rather attractive and secluded walled rose garden to the side of the house.
