So I’m looking for a new housemate in my spacious flat in Woolwich Arsenal.
It’s a split-level flat with a large terrace as well as a second balcony and a winter garden upstairs. The building itself has 24hr concierge, a gym and all the relevant mod-cons. Plus, the wine fridge is never empty.

It is a very big flat with loads of outdoor space. My housemate, Nathan and I respect eachother's space but also enjoy being social together in the living room.

Nearest station is Woolwich Arsenal which has DLR and train services which is a two minute walk away. The Elizabeth line is 5 minutes away and gets you into Soho in 18mins and to heathrow direct in 1hr. London City Airport is 4mins away.

There’s a giant Tesco within a stones throw of the flat; plus the whole newly built-up area of Woolwich - there's even a private lift to the supermarket so you dont have to go outside when it's raining!
