I’m looking for a friendly, considerate, and tidy flatmate to share my beautiful, two-bedroom, two-bathroom flat located in a historic riverside development. If you value a clean, cosy home and enjoy easy access to amazing facilities like a 23m swimming pool, sauna, and private cinema, within a minute from a tube station, this might just be the right place for you.

A Little About Me

I’m originally from Greece but have called London home for over 15 years. I work in FinTech and am a travel photographer/blogger, having visited over 75 countries. I typically travel once a month, so you’ll often have the flat to yourself.

I enjoy hiking, outdoor activities, and practicing yoga. There’s also a Peloton bike in the living room, which you’re welcome to use if you’re into spinning. I work in the office 2-3 days a week, so my routine is pretty balanced and calm.

* Woolwich Arsenal Station: 4-minute walk, offering DLR, major train lines, and the Uber Boat/Clipper.
* Nearby markets, coffee shops (Gail’s, Starbucks, and independents), Tesco, Sainsbury’s, and M&S Food are all within a 2-minute walk.

The area is safe, has a great community feel, and is perfect for riverside walks.
