Great airy flat with terrace

The flat is on the market, though no idea how long it will before there is a buyer. Could be 6 months, could be a year. It’s already been on for a year with no buyer. So needs to be someone who understands that there is a possibility of a buyer and to allow viewings when they arise. The room is 1 of 3 in the flat, spacious and fully furnished (bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, en suite bathroom and it’s own balcony) All the rooms get lots of light as they are south facing, neutral walls and carpets.

The flat is amazing, just on the river. There are also two bathrooms and its a decent size at 1200 square feet. The living room and kitchen have a terrace which always gets the sun. I have to say the pictures are not as good as the flat looks (ie the bedroom is bigger) so come down and see for yourself. We have high speed internet and everything works as it should. Washing machine, dishwasher etc. Royal Arsenal is really lovely too, it’s like a village in the middle of the city, super safe with lots of green areas, a few restaurants and pubs, there’s also a performing arts school a few gyms, a museum, loads of listed buildings, restaurants, pubs and creative spaces.
There’s a farmers market here too, cafes and shops and excellent transport links as Elizabeth line is 30 seconds from the flat.

Its 2 girls currently, so ideally another girl. We cook a lot, sometimes have dinner together and are easy to get on with.
