Double in detached hse-15 mins to Zone 1 Liz Line

With a commuter in mind, I have a double room available for rent from Monday eve-Friday morn. (4 nights per week for £490 pcm). I would consider a 3 night deal
and also fewer nights by negotiation-just ask. No regular weekends are available though. The room is in a two bedroom, one bathroom, (with extra WC), detached house in leafy and well-connected Plumstead. It is very quiet and a perfect haven from a long work day.

The spare room available is a good size, light and there is space for some minimal storage but not for permanent storage - beyond the basics. The bed is high quality, and towels and sheets are provided. But you can also bring your own if preferred. I employ a cleaner and your sheets will be changed and room cleaned. Kitchen, bathroom and sitting room are communal. Wifi and all bills are included.

Potential flatmate must be quiet, considerate, careful, very clean and keep regular hours. This is strictly for a single person-no double occupancy, sorry. This is only a working week rental for a professional who works at an office outside the property. There is a lovely garden and the house has been refurbished to a high standard in the last few years.

Elizabeth Line at Woolwich (6min bus ride) which means the journey times into Central London are fast : 7 mins to Canary Wharf, 14 mins to Whitechapel, 18 mins to Tottenham Court Road and 25 mins to Paddington. Other links include Southeastern, Thameslink and DLR services.

Nearby supermarkets in Woolwich include M&S and Sainsbury's as well as nice bars and restaurants. The house is 10 min walk to Tesco and 12 mins walk to Plumstead Station or 2 mins to a number of buses. Please only enquire if you have your own 'room wanted' ad. I will not respond to messages without this information. I have an elderly female dog who sleeps most of the time, is very quiet and is not allowed upstairs or on any furniture.
