I am a single parent looking for someone to rent my loft space. The rent includes all bills. My kids are well behaved with lovely manners. I am easy going and pretty chilled about most things. Pls feel free to ask anything. The room is part furnished and large enough for WFH. As this is a family home the room is suitable for someone familiar with living around children. The rate per month is non negotiable. The rent reflects the high spec of the interior of the house and access to a fully kitted garage gym. Oxleas woods is a 10 mins walk.
