Hi, I am renting my one-bed apartment in Royal Arsenal Riverside, a beautiful historic estate with Crossrail / Elizabeth Line station on-site (2 min walk).

It's a new building and the flat is bright and spacious with 54sq m and a balcony. It is fully furnished with all the equipment and utensils e. g. dishwasher, vacuum cleaner, etc.( I can also put some items in the storage if you prefer)

Crossrail will take you in 6min to Canary Wharf or 13min to Liverpool Street, otherwise, DLR and local trains are also a great option to get to the London Bridge (25 min) or Charing Cross (35 min). Also traveling by Thames clipper is super fun :)

Royal Arsenal is a charming estate with lovely river walks, it's a great place for a local living with a thriving community. There are shops (Sainsbury's, Tesco, M&S on site, also a local cafe/bakery, pub, yoga studio, etc)

Ideally, I would prefer to rent the flat for a 12months contract.
